Diesel Engine Management System

Our engine management system (EMS) is purpose-built in collaboration with EFI for opposed piston engines equipped with common rail fuel injection. Designed to manage the unique combustion, timing, and synchronization requirements of opposed piston architectures, the system delivers precise control over fuel delivery, injection timing, and engine operating parameters across the full load and speed range.

The EMS supports high-pressure common rail injection with advanced multi-pulse strategies, enabling efficient combustion, reduced emissions, and smooth engine operation. Real-time monitoring and adaptive control optimize performance under varying operating conditions, while robust safety and diagnostic functions support reliable operation in demanding environments.

Designed for integration into both commercial and experimental platforms, the system provides a flexible, scalable control solution for modern opposed piston engines.
